Recently got my laptop repaired, I got it back and no matter what game I play I get extreme frame drops staying around 2-3FPS. When looking in my device manager it says both of my 780m GeForce GTXs have both been stopped due to a reported problem.

SPECS:
GPU 1: Nvidia GeForce GTX 780m
GPU 2: Nvidia GeForce GTX 780m
CPU: Intel Core i7-4910MQ 2.9ghz
MOBO: Alienware 04703X
RAM: 32GB DDR3

Ive tried uninstalling the drivers, reinstalling them, not really sure what more to do, any help is appreciated.

If this happened during the laptop repair, I would honestly take it back to the place that repaired it and ask them to fix whatever they messed up because it was working before.
If you want to try fixing it yourself, can you go into the event viewer, and by time stamp try and find out what the error code specifically was?
