Looking for some new components for a build

I'm looking for parts that will allow me to play at 1080p, Medium/High settings at 144 or more FPS. The only thing I won't need to buy is a graphics card as I have a 1060 3gb unless you recommend others. I also want a processor that will allow me to record or stream with OBS without having significant FPS drops or hiccups, I've taken a look at Ryzen and from what I hear about it, it seems that's the best way to go. Just need a little bit of help with finding the best parts for my needs, Ideally I want to spend around $600 but the most I can go is $800 if necessary. Thanks for any and all help.

@Supahos I will but I'm only looking for the PC components themselves for now, I'm going to upgrade to a 144hz monitor later. Though if you want, a suggestion for a good 144hz monitor would be great.
