I don't know if this would be the right place to ask for a purely hardware issue like this, but it seemed so.
Yesterday night, after watching a couple YouTube videos in my Bluetooth headphones, when I took them off - the left cup caught on to my ear, turned, and broke off. This is the second time I've had the exact same situation (I'm not clumsy, I'm very unlucky), but since my old headset was cheap, I just bought a new better one. The wire is still in place and the sound still works fine - it's just that it's impossible to wear the headset. Here are some pictures: Imgur
Using super-glue isn't an option, I did it with my previous headsets and it only held it together for about a week. Duct tape also isn't an option, because it's not aesthetic.
I've thought about either somehow melting the plastic and re-attaching the turning part to the main part of the headset or putting a rod of some sort so that it would hold the cup instead of what already is there. One way in which I might do this is by making a hole in the turning part, putting a thin screw in it (head faces the cup) and screwing it into the main part. Haven't tried any of these yet because there is probably a much better solution, and that's why I came here.
Any help is extremely appreciated, since I use a headset all the time and the other one I have is really uncomfortable. Thanks a lot.

UPD: This site takes forever to get an answer, the first one just calls you out for being cheap and repeats some of the proposed solutions already in the OP. I already solved this by myself. Idk how to close/delete a thread here, so I'll just put [SOLVED] in the title. I drilled two small holes to the sides of the wire, put small metal rods (thin screws without the head) and filled them with super glue, also putting some epoxy on the outside. It looks completely fine. That worked for putting them together, but did something to the wire and now they don't work, but that's my own problem now. Thanks again.
