Your parts are compatible, but I have some thoughts:
1. Your graphics card is weak compared to your cpu.
A G4620@3.7 at half the price would be an appropriate cpu for that class card.
2. Some games do want fast cores, or many of them. I5-7600K@3.8 can be overclocked to the 4.8-5.0 range if you use a more expensive Z270 based motherboard.
But, such a cpu should be using a graphics card in the GTX1070 or hither class.
3. Liquid cooling is not needed when you have a well ventilated case like the H440.
For a K processor, a $35 scythe kotetsu will do the job; the best might be a noctua NH-U14s.
4. Hybrid drives are not very effective. The flash is insufficient to hold what windows needs.
I suggest a 240gb Samsung evo and omit the hard drive. It makes everything you do feel so much faster.
If you need more storage, it is easy to add a hard drive later.
5. Rosewill is not the crap some make it out to be.
But, you can buy a tier 2 Seasonic S12II 620w unit with a 5 year warranty for $50:

6. A couple of tips:
Buy yourself a #2 magnetic tip Philips head screwdriver for assembly.
Download and read, cover to cover your case and motherboard manuals while you are waiting for delivery.
