is 50-60 degrees full load too hot for a skylake cpu?

on 4200 RPM cpu fan using an h60 AIO on a overclocked i5 6600k to 4.6 with 1.35 volts , my temperatures never exceed 52 degrees Celsius on Aida 64 and gaming. But if i lower the RPM of the H60 temps spike to 63-65 but never have i seen it in the 70s, how much headroom of temperatures do i have before i must worry about my cpu because i plan to add more volts and overclock it to 4.9 or better
