If you ask me motherboards for that socket type are overpriced these days, probably kinda rare at this point. Maybe it would be best to check and is if someone is selling a used one.

If you lived in america I'd say you should check craigslist.org
Maybe you could check eBay?

+1 to that. i had my I5 3570K motherboard fail on me last summer and the only decent replacement motherboards i could find for it were on ebay and they were way overpriced an example is i found the exact model gigabyte motherboard i had on amazon and they were selling it for $1500.00CDN. so i eventually ended up building a new system around it because i found it wasn't worth it

You might be better off going with a newer build due to the extra expense of getting older parts.

Weird since here in Serbia 1155 mobos can be found for 40$ and even less sometimes.
