I want to use Crucial 4GB DDR3L-1866 UDIMM
DDR3 PC3-14900 • CL=13 • Unbuffered • NON-ECC • DDR3-1866 • 1.35V • 512Meg x 64
instead of recommended Crucial 4GB DDR3L-1600 SODIMM
DDR3 PC3-12800 • CL=11 • Unbuffered • NON-ECC • DDR3-1600 • 1.35V
- Can I use this? Are they compatible to each other?
I heard from the people that system with 1600Mhz bus will slow down the 1866Mhz performance component, but it will work. Is it true?
Can someone help me with an elaborated answer?
