So i decided to buy a 1300x from Amd as part of Ryzen 3. The reason why there is no Ryzen 4 is because 3,4,5.

Jokes Aside this guy is rocking a 3.5ghz base clock that can be overclocked to 4.0ghz easily with a
Air Cooler not the stock Amd cooler in the box. It also has 4 cores and 4 threads just like its little brother.

Ryzen 3 was aimed to beat Intels Pentium,i3 and i5 lineup of proccesors. No surprise there but in return you are paying $60 cheaper than the 7500 and still getting double the performance.

Here are benchmarks(NOTE WE USED A GTX 1080 for this test and the cpu was overclocked to 3.9ghz):

HitMAN: 76.6 fps
Tomb Raider: 76.0 fps
Witcher 3: 67.0fps
GTA V: 76.0

Wow these are very Impressive but the i5 beats it in Gaming but what about Productivity?
Well we used Adobe premier pro and here are the settings note that the ryzen chip was overclocked but the i5 was not. The reason why is beacause the 7500 is locked. 1300x was overclocked to 3.9ghz

Resolution: 1920x1080
Video Framerate: 60
Video Codec: H.264
Audio codec: AAC

i5 7500: 5:25
R3 1300X: 3:14
So in conclusion is Ryzen 1300x worth it. YES it is.

For a review, I'd suggest you do a direct comparison with other CPUs from a gaming perspective, and at different resolutions.
You summarize (bout halfway through) that the i5 beats it in Gaming.....? How are we to know this from your review? And gaming at what resolution?

I'd suggest more details on the "air cooler". Great, you didn't use the AMD cooler in the box,..... but what did you use?

Where do you see "double the performance" between the 1300X and the i5-7500 ?

Lots of statements throw in there, without anything to back it up.

Not knocking your (likely first) attempt at a review, but some constructive feedback as to how to...

"Jokes Aside this guy is rocking a 3.5ghz base clock that can be overclocked to 4.0ghz easily"

"(NOTE WE USED A GTX 1080 for this test and the cpu was overclocked to 3.9ghz)"

Why not test at easy 4.0ghz?
