LED's on mouse, headset and speakers dont turn off when pc is shut down

Check your bios for a ErP/EuP power setting.

This is designed to reduce system power below something like 0.5 watts. To do this, board with this setting on will kill the power to usb ports when the system is off(thus allowing this reduced standby[system off] power).

I am 100% with getochkn, This is NOT a defect of any device.

Some ports are powered all the time to charge cell phones, etc. My headphones stay on unless I turn the light off on the remote. Try swappng ports or looking in your BIOS for a power-usb type of option. The above post is rubbish, nothing is wrong with your devices.
