That board was never meant to run those hot cpus. Take your side panel off and aim a fan at the capacitors nearest the CPU socket and see if that helps. That board is notorious for overheating the vrms (power delivery to the CPU) and either throttling or shutting down.

What PSU do you have by the way?

I have 8 huge fans 3 in the top which is ontop of the cpu one in the back 2 inside the case 1 in the bottom of the case and 2 in the front of the case. I have a bequiet 1000w power supply which is around 2 years old the board and cpu is 4 years old i believe this hot flushes only just started happening the last few weeks

May have finally toasted the vrms then. You had ample cooling to keep them from throttling but the capacitors may have finally given out. Try aiming a fan directly where I mentioned above to see if it helps but I think most likely it's toast at this point

I removed the cpu and resat it etc no different

The board isn't being heated by the CPU. The board is being heated by supplying more power than it was designed for to the CPU.

Do you have an overclock on the CPU? Drop it down below stock and see if it get any better about crashing. Perhaps even undervolt the cpu as much as you stably can
