Both my case and motherboard have onboard USB 3.0. Will I need drivers for USB 3.0?

Solution
Worst case scenario, plug your OS install into one of your available USB ports, your keyboard into the other, and whatever you think you need the mouse for should be navigable with the keyboard. Might take some figuring out, but what of value ever came with zero effort!

I only have 2 USB 2.0s and my OS is coming in a thumb drive. That means, I will need 3 USB 2.0s.. What should I do?

My motherboard has 2 USB 2.0 ports. I am planning to use them for my keyboard and mouse... My OS is coming in a thumbdrive, which means I will need a USB port. Since I need drivers for USB 3.0, I will have to use USB 2.0 for my OS. But I will not have any available USB 2.0 ports for my OS since my keyboard and mouse are using it.
