Well....I am not aware that phanteks is selling a replacement for it or supplies the plastic part in different colors (https://www.phanteksusa.com/pages/products). However, I would definitely bug phanteks support team and see if it's possible for them to sell you a replacement power button or replacement LED (Whatever is easier) since it's burnt out. If it's possible to change just the LED, and they use some sort of standard, then I would get it directly from whoever manufactures the LEDs and get it in red, so you don't have to dye anything. If not, a clear red marker would do. I wouldn't use any kind of solid paint, as that might make it hard to see through.
