Is it possible to make Intel B150 mobo OC able any way possible and after install older bios to enable OC for non-K skylake CPU's?

No one can answer that but you. If you can get it to work good luck. However since neither the cpu or motherboard are designed for overclocking, putting undue stress on either one could be a recipe for disaster.

Would you think getting from 2.7Ghz to 3.5Ghz would be possible without frying the mobo or is that too much already?
It maxes out at 3.3Ghz but that little extra juice could be usefull.
