Need help in knowing model and brand of the hard drive that comes with the Hp 15-d103tx

Please help me in identifying the correct model and brand of hard drive that comes with the Hp 15 d103tx laptop as I am having trouble with a repair centre. I doubt they might have replaced it. Please help.

The laptop, yes. It is an HP.

The drives? Maybe not. Their supply chain may change over the course of time. It might be a 500GB Toshiba today, or a 500GB Seagate 6 months later.

Impossible to tell what make/model it originally came with.
There is no one single hard drive that it came with. Might have been a Toshiba, or Seagate, or WD.

Maybe contact HP with the service number.
