After doing quite a research on b350 motherboards and watching the buildzoid review on them I have some more questions.

First of all I am gonna make a build using the Ryzen 5 1600, 3200 ram (gonna choose between Gskill Ripjaws V, corsair Vengence or patriot viper 4 from the support list of the motherboard I choose)

The best vrm belong to msi b350 carbon or krait gaming. But this motherboards are as expensive as the biostar x370 and msi x370 gaming plus boards in my country

If I have to choose between
MSI Tomahawk (4+2 phase vrm) and
Asrock AB350 fatality gaming 4 (3+3 phase vrm)
which should I buy?

Keep in mind that since AMD announced keeping the AM4 socket until 2020 I may upgrade my cpu to a newer one with probably more cores by then.

Solution
I doubt most folks are fretting much over precise VRM implementation on B350 boards, but, most MB makers like to imply/infer that 'more phases is better'...; barring trying to run some 190-220 watt monstrosity, you should be fine up through the assorted R5/ R7 models available...

Well, from my experience, MSI gave me too many issues these last few years which I have hard time to recommend. Cannot really talk about the B350 mobos, apparently MSI did a good job with them but so did Asrock.
I would go with the one you like features / price best.
