So my little brother fell into the "get more performance by just double clicking an innocent .bat!" thing, and to complete the bonus, after the process he deleted the folder where the flashing process stored the original backup BIOS file.
He followed this guide:
http://overclocking.guide/amd-radeon-rx-460-unlocking-1024-stream-processors/
and indeed the amount of shaders have increased, but also the sensors don't show any kind of information and my graphics card driver went completely missing. I will attach screenshots.

Now as you may think everything is screwed. TF2 goes at 20fps max, every graphical process the PC makes is completely fucked, and I don't know what to do.
Now I assumed going back to the original BIOS must be the solution, but I won't follow my brother's steps and I'll actually ask for advice here.
I found in this website:
https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/188137/asus-rx460-4096-160715
what it appears to be the original BIOS file I need, and I also watched a video where a german guy downloaded this exact same driver (except he had the Sapphire RX460 2GB) and renamed it to the name of the file the unlocker program flashes when you execute the .bat, (so when you execute that bat, instead of flashing the original file that comes there, you flash the renamed original BIOS instead, I assume) but he didn't show anything else. If there are some German-speakers who can tell me if I got the right idea of the video, I will be forever grateful.

My next step would be try what the guy in that video did, but I don't want to make any procedures without asking for some advice. Sorry for the rude language, and I'll be forever grateful if I can get some sort of sign that my graphics card has not died completely yet.
