Should i change my cable from CAT 5 TO CAT 7?

Hello everyone I was wondering if I can change my internet cable to CAT 7. First of all my cable is CAT 5 and my internet speed is limit to 50 mbps download and 5 mbps upload if I change my cable to CAT 7 the internet will be faster or we'll be the same?

Same as your network is much faster. Only reason to change is if you need fast networking say for video watching from a dedicated server on your network. Even then both your router and motherboard ethernet has to support the faster speeds of 10Gbs.
