New GPU Bottleneck my CPu

Hello from me ....Some days before i had a problem of cpu bottleneck by my new graphics card MSI GTX 1050 ti gaming X.....My system is : 1) CPU IntelR COre i5 750 on 2.67 ghz in an 2)asrock p55de3 motherboard with pci2 express 3) a Hyper x savage 8gb ram at 2.4 mhz an 4)AN western digital 750 gb hard disk, an 5)250 gb samsung 850evo ssd and a 6) 650 watt powerfeeder...MY OS is Windows 10 pro. So i was very happy but when i open dota i was at 15 fps and CPU running 100% and Gpu 3%..Can you suggest some GPU for my system or if i can fix that Problem...My system has 64 bit memory buss Pci express 2.0 ..My new Gpu is at 128 with Pci express 3.0 ...THat is the problem?

Your CPU is on par with my thuban and your 1050ti is on par with my R9 280. Should do way better and percentages could be the GPU throttling bug or game settings all on low shifting GPU work to the CPU. Also DOTA 2 only requires a dual core and DX9.0c video card. You should be getting 100fps with your setup with high settings.

your hardware should destroy that game


you have issues you need to fix


if your cpu is reaching 100% usage you either have malware/running multiple background apps

or it is temp throttling



monitor cpu temps and run the proper cleaning software

i know that it must play that games but my video card dont work only my cpu
