Yep, I second the above. It's a GPU issue. In the 20 years I've been building PCs, I've only had two GPUs die on me, but when they go, the first sign is artifacting like this. This is assuming you are running it normally and not overclocking it pushing voltage and temps up. That can also cause issues.
