I'm confuse in choosing these motherboard. Help please

Hello i want to built my first gaming PC and i'm not sure which motherboard to choose. My budget is around 1300$ The motherboard that i want is between ASUS PRIME Z270-P or GIGABYTE GA-Z270XP-SLI or GIGABYTE GA-Z270X-Ultra Gaming and ASUS ROG STRIX Z270F GAMING. RGB lighting is not important to me but i do care about the overall performance. This is my specs

INTEL CORE I5 7600K
CRYORIG H5 Ultimate
2x G.SKILL AEGIS Series 8GB DDR4
ASUS GTX1070 DUAL OC 8GB DDR5 256BIT
XIGMATEK SHOGUN 600W
Sharkoon S25-W
CORSAIR FORCE LE 120GB SSD
SEAGATE 1TB Barracuda

Those asus are good. Just see what features your looking for on a motherboard.
If you overclock maybe you should consider a Z270 Fatal1ty as well.

MOst of the gee-whiz fancy named motherboards perfom within .5% of standard Z270 boards, but cost an extra $100-$150, which is outrageous ...which is why I chose the Asus Z270A Prime...SLI capable, OCs as well as any, pair of M.2 slots, etc....

Cost: $140
