So I'm having a strange problem. Bear in mind this is my first build and it is pretty new but I've troubled shooted most my problems up until now. My pc will work perfectly fine one day then the next day it freezes, crashes, black screen, reboots itself automatically I've even had some trouble with auto reboot loops. So sometimes I just let it sit and come back a couple hours later and it works perfectly. So I've been thinking overheating right so whenever it works I've been monitoring CPU, gpu and ram heat CPU core temp is 31 Celsius and the cores are running at about 24-26 degrees each gpu is and the gpu and ram are all running pretty cool which is confusing me. I've tried reinstalling drivers and that just seems to be a temporary fix well actully everything seems to be a temporary fix. I'm starting to get worried that either my motherboard or CPU might be broken somehow but then it works and all worries are caster aside my computer just doesn't seem to want to work all the time, which is my issue black screens freezes/crashes auto reboots and it's actully also started crashing and black screening in the bios too(never even knew that could happen) but these are my daily life now anyway specs:
Intel i5 6500
Gigabyte z170-hd3
Cooler master hyper 212
Corsair vengeance Lpx 2x4g
1 Tb western digital
Msi geforce gtx 1060 6gb
Silver stone strider essential 600w 80+ bronze
And windows 10 64 bit

I've checked everything so many times and reinstalled ram and gpu multiple times. All the drivers have been reinstalled multiple times and sometimes it won't even show display when it boots up so I turn it off and back on then it does but it's just dumbfounded me why it won't work right it seems like I've wasted my money, but then the next day it'll work perfect. Any words of advice for a new pc builder.

Might be a motherboard issue, since the mouse and keyboard aren't getting power as well. But it'll be good to start off with diagnosing the PSU and maybe try a different PSU in your system if possible. If you can't do that, just take your system to a nearby hardware store and let them test it for you. But I think you can safely narrow it down to a motherboard or PSU problem now, nothing else usually causes power fails.
Check event viewer(right click on the Start button and click on Event viewer, then on the left hand side click on Custom Views, followed by Crash - a log should open up). See what error it shows at the respective times of the crashes. If it says Kernel Power, it can be either a power fluctuation in your home/area, or a bad PSU. If it's something else, screenshot it and post it here.

This forum uses 3rd party sites for pictures, like tinypic.com, imgure.com or postimg.org. I prefer postimg.org, it's easy to use and actually posts the pic, not a link. Upload the pic then use the Hotlink for forums button then just paste it here.

(yes that's 6x 10ft sticks of unistrut, should a seen me run out the door with that lol)

Okay, so you don't seem to have a Crash view. That's okay, we'll make one. So, open Event Viewer again. In the right panel, click on 'Create Custom View...'.

Now, in the dialog box that opens, check the 'Critical' box in the Event level. In the Event logs drop box, check the 'Windows logs' option. Then, click ok. Then, give a name to your new View. Now you'll have to use the computer for some time again so that it crashes a few times, and see what the errors are. Don't use the Picture tool to add an image - use the URL tool instead.

Ok thank you I made the folder and its full of kernel power errors, multiple ones day, im using a surge protector with my computer instead of it plugged in straight to the wall so would that make a difference or should i just get a new psu?

If you're sure that the power coming to the computer is healthy, then yes, getting a new PSU would most likely help here. If all your errors/crashes seemed to have been caused by power errors, then it's most likely the PSU.

Well I was running it and it black screened and rebooted then black screened again and it won't turn off it's just sitting on the black screen, and the mouse and keyboard don't have any power going to them either I can't turn it of to try to restart to boot it to see what the view finder says. It was running fine but crashed like always.
