What should I upgrade?

I'm for sure I need to upgrade my CPU, but I'm not for sure what would be the best.

I'm deciding between the i5-7600K and the i7-7700K. I'm mostly using this PC to game with, so I'm looking for a CPU that will not bottleneck my GPU (1070).

Your 7500 shouldn't be bottlenecking at all with the GTX 1070. If you are going to get an unlocked CPU make sure your motherboard supporrts overclocking and make sure to buy an aftermarket cooler to be able to overclock it with. From what I can tell by looking at that motherboard's model I am not 100% sure if the B250M can overclock but I would have to look more in depth.

^ thats not entirely true. the i5 will bottleneck if u r running a 144hz monitor and want to push more than 80fps.
the 7700k is good in that regard. but u will need a z270 mobo and a cooler for that cpu.
i would suggest the asrock sli killer/ac mobo and a cryorig h5 ultimate cooler.
also, what PSU r u buying? i would suggest the corsair cx 550 2017 model.
