I have been having an issue with my PC lately, my screens, (2 monitors) will freeze along with the computer itself, and it will stay like this untill the computer is powered off by holding the power button down, my fans all stay spinning i dont hear any funky noises or anything from the computer, but when i power the computer back on it seems to be fine again.

No error messages appear and no crash log is made because of this, i have updated my drivers and ran a dscchk and a memory check and both come up fine, with no errors, this seems to only occur while playing blizzard games such as Overwatch or WoW, i dont know if its a coincidence or not but i have yet to have the issue playing steam games likes PubG or ARK.

sometimes i can go hours in the games without this happening sometimes i will get it several times an hour. My computer doesnt feel hot at all, i have not checked actual temperatures, as i don't have or know of a program for that, the computer doesn't feel like its overheating.to the touch and the fans seem to keep it rather cool.

Solution
You can use a benchmark program like Heaven to both test the computer and display the temperature of the video card while doing so. If it crashes in the benchmark but the temperatures seem OK you might be having a problem with the power supply.
Reseat both RAM sticks, with all power removed of course..

Try dropping to a single stick of RAM in required first slot, then if problem persists, try the other stick....(remove all power from PSU before playing with removing/reinstalling memory)

Might want to check temps with HWMonitor, just to confirm CPU temps under control...

Does it freeze only in games, or, normal desktop uses as well?
