Is the Corsair VS350 PSU good enough for my pc?

I have: an Intel i5-4460

8Gb ddr3 ram

1tb hard drive (possibly adding 1 more Hard Drive)

Nvidia GTX1050

An optical Drive

Cooler Master Storm Stryker Case

4-5 fans

NZXT sentry 2 fan controller

Yeah it is in terms of watts, just. But in terms of quality, I'd push it up just a little. The VS is really really low end. If you wish to stay with corsair, then I'd go with either the cx450 or the cx450m. The differences between the two are that one is semi modular (The M model) and the other non-modular. It results in cleaner builds by using semi or fully modular psu's as you can position the cables how you want, and some unnecessary cables you have the option of not plugging in.
