Solution dotas1 Jul 31, 2017 You dont have to access BIOS in order to update it (at least in most cases you don't need to). If you do need to access it this is how you do it: http://smallbusiness.chron.com/enter-bios-asus-motherboard-52809.html For PSU I recommend any Seasonic as they are exceptional. If you want others choose any tier 2 (tier 1 is overkill for your system) from here: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
