I really want to increase my fps without buying new hardware and thought or overclocking either my cpu or my graphics card. Would really appreciate if someone helps me choose what to do.

System Information:
Processor : AMD FX(tm)-8120 Eight-Core Processor 3.10 GHz
Installed Memory : 8.00 GB
System type : 64-bit Operating System , x64 based processor
Motherboard : ASUSTeK Computer INC. M5A78L-M LX V2
Graphics Card : NVIDIA GeForce GT730

Temperatures
Voltage: Min = 39 Celcius , Max = 61 Celcius
Processor: Min = 25 Celcius, Max = 57 Celcius
Graphics Card: Min = 43 Celcius, Max = 50 Celcius

Solution
u can't actually, that GT 730 are entry-level GPU, can't expect too much from it, especially on AAA games

but here's things u can try:
try to OC the CPU, find somewhere between performance - stability (maybe 3.4 / 3.5 ghz, u should try it)
use MSI afterburner to OC the GPU, extra 100/200 mhz might give u some extra fps
clean up background processes

Solution
What fps are you getting now? Let's assume your minimum fps is 30, so you overclock the cpu/gpu (whichever is limiting performance) by 10%. At best your minimum fps will now be 33.

Also your motherboard is known to have problems running 125w CPU's at stock settings, it is not good enough for overclocking.
