Keybooard light broken

Hello! I recently bought a Redragon Karura K502 Keyboard. The first day I had this keyboard it worked perfectly, no issues. The second day, however, the red color option is now orange, and dark green is now lime green. Does anyone know how to fix this issue so the keyboard will match my setup?

Most likely has broke then, that keyboard is cheap and not very good quality from what I have had to look at it. I would refund it and buy something else.

Does it have some kind of software such as logitech or razer where you can edit the colours? Or is it just a push a key on the keyboard to change stuff? My best guess is to check the software if it has it or press the key to cycle through colours and if that doesn't work I would personally contact support about it.
