Can I damage my sound card ( Creative SoundBlaster ZX ) ? I was recording myself online for mic. test/noise at max volume and my phone starts ring, I answer the phone and you know that static sound or what's called when you put 2 mic one to each other? Exactly that sound was very very loud into my headset, and that's why I am asking you if it's any chance to damage/burn my sound card or any condensator on the sound card? I just bought the sound card and I don't want to burn it. Thank you!
