Can't access bios after non-asked reset

So recently my bios reset itself without asking me. I thought that would be fine, because I can simply re-adjust my settings that I had before. But I can´t access the bios now, it says something like "CMOS Reset Information" in the header and in the textbox it says, that it reset the bios and I can adjust my settings in the bios if needed. The problem here is, there is a little field that says "OK" and it even lights up, but I can´t press it, even with the keyboard/mice. I already tried to reset it twice now, but no change. Windows boots up fine, but of course I have slightly lower performance because there is no CPU/RAM overclock anymore. And because my GPU runs at 100% in games and my CPU @ 50% there is a bit of a performance loss.
I really need help with that BIOS problem, for anyone who´s interested here are my specs:

Gigaybte GTX 1070 G1 gaming
AMD ryzen 1600x (at 3.6 GHz, normally, like i already wrote, overclocked to 4Ghz)
Gigaybte AB350 Gaming 3 Motherboard
Corsair DDR4 Ram

(I apologize for my bad english, I am still learning.)

Yes I already did that. I guess it could be an hardware defect, but this would make no sense at all, because windows and games are working properly, I already thought that the motherboard might be not working because I can´t install my ssd from my old PC (Itself is old) I am now buying a new SSD aswell.

To access your BIOS on a Windows 10 PC, you must follow these steps.

1.Navigate to settings. ...
2.Select Update & security.
3.Select Recovery from the left menu.
4.Click Restart Now under Advanced startup. ...
5.Click Troubleshoot.
6.Click Advanced options.
7.Select UEFI Firmware Settings.
8.Click Restart.

I´ll try that quickly, i´ll be right back
So after trying this I am at the same point it says "Clear CMOS Information"
but I am still not able to access the BIOS, there is an field saying "OK" but I can´t press it, I also have to restart the PC because I can´t do anything at that point. Hope you can understand, I am quite frustrated..
