*before this problem* I had graphic issues in game (like artifacts). I return my gpu and get a replacement. Everything LOOKS fine, no more graphic issues. I'm on the main menu of a game press play, my screen has diagonal pixel lines and crashes. my pc is still running with "no signal" on my monitor. I reseat my gpu and re-plug the pci-e cable. I turn pc on, I get this http://imgur.com/a/wwaHE then it goes to this http://imgur.com/a/Z7cWP. I go through troubleshoot options none work so then i restore pc. I'm able to sign in (low res/ no drivers installed) i try to install drivers randomly crashes (i attempt this twice). So i buy new psu, I install it get same screens as before twice. Then i see my motherboard company name and it goes to window logo, I sign in. after 3 hours PC crashes like the very first time I put in new gpu. this happens when downloading things, watching videos, pretty much random.
What are these screens? whats wrong with my PC

Try using a friend's display if you can. Looks like it could be a bad display. I would also try replacing the video cable if same happens on another display.
