Can't enter my BIOS after updating it, works fine tho

So I updated my bios because I got a new CPU, update and everything went fine, cpu insert went good aswell, but after that I havent been able to get into my bios by pressing DEL or F2. No idea what the problem is, as my keyboard works perfectly fine. It just doesnt seem to detect it before starting windows. I already have the keyboard is an USB 2 port FYI. Help or advice would be appreciated :)
