So I am building my first gaming pc and haven't even got as far as installing windows so know this is not a software/OS related issue.
My pc currently only boots to the bios and after a few seconds/mins the USBs on either the motherboard directly or case stop working and no power is being drawn to them.
I have a H440 case with Z270e motherboard and RM850x PSU.
Any help is much appreciated.
EDIT: I have tried removing both USB mouse and keyboard and any other USBs and still get the same result.
I disconnected the USB 3.0 from the header and managed to pull off the plastic sorrounding it, is this now ruined? Also was this the cause of my issue?
