Hi, recently my girlfriends headphones (HyperX) stopped working in one ear (Right One). My first thought was that they fried and that they needed to be replaced. So with that thought, we went and bought some sennheisers, plugged them into the front of the computer in same USB slot and bam! Left earphone was not working! I am thinking there is a short and it's shorting the headphones? But I have no idea. I plugged them into my laptop and it also wasn't working in the left ear! I've never heard of this happening neither is there anything on google about it. Any help is so much appreciated. Thanks.

Things I've tried:
-Reinstalling Audio Drivers
-Plugging into different Jacks. I.E. Front Jacks, Back USB on the back.
-Balancing Audio in controls.
-Trying on different computer

Oh and P.S. I get an error for Nahimic that says "nahimic for MSIError on Audio Driver Check, please verify version of Audio Driver". Looked on google and couldn't really find anything about it. But I don't think it would really matter since I tried the headphones on my laptop and they didn't work either.
