Need serious help with my pc.

Hello, so I had a friend help me build a computer in November of 2015 (Specs are shown below). It was great for the year I used it. Not many issues at all. But my old GTX 950 wasn't cutting it, so I upgraded to a GTX 1060 in December of 2016. For a few months it was a solid build. But about a few months ago, I started to feel lag and stuttering in various games such as CS:GO, H1Z1, Rust, and Call Of Duty: Black Ops III. Especially in CS:GO, I have a 144hz monitor and most of the time it feels like i'm on a 60hz due to the amount of lag that i'm enduring. I even ran a benchmark test on UserBenchmarks.com (Link: http://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/4480723) and I got a really bad rating for my CPU, GPU, and RAM. It shouldn't be as low as it is and most of my core components are "Performing below expectations." This doesn't make sense to me, as I have taken care of it nicely. It sucks to see, I want to attempt to fix any issues present. If anyone has any suggestions, questions, or comments please let me know.

did you upgrade to windows 10 in that timeframe?
automatic updates dont always benifit your computer, i regularly have to roll back and hide updates that break my computer. tried rolling back 'driver updates'?
is your temps ok on cpu/gpu/psu/hdd/mobo?
is your psu at its limit when powering your pc?

how many programs are running? have you got a lot of services/adware/spyware?
you have a small ssd, is it full? you know you should keep at least 20Gb free for windows to uncompress files and expand the pagefile?

Yes my drivers are up to date, but I don't know about BIOS. How would I go about updating my BIOS settings?

No, when I built it, I loaded Windows 10 onto it. I have never tried rolling back driver updates that may be the case but I don't know. I think my temps are okay, they're in the video I linked if you want to check and reassure for me. I don't think my PSU is limiting my components. I barely have any services running in the background. I have no viruses, my SSD has always had at least 50 gigs free. The only thing installed on it is windows.

didnt look stuttery to me? maybe because its late here i cant focus. temps seem fine though. you have vsync on? or supersample? sometimes games max everything then down sample instead of just rendering correctly at 100%. your games may think that the 1060 is s uper computer and tried this method.
