I'm planning on getting the i7 core and was wondering what a good cooler for it would be and wether I should get a liquid cooling system or not

Here is a skylake 4.5Ghz overlock on the H7. You really pay a lot for that last little bit of 200~300Mhz. If the skylake can do this well you may even get 4.7Ghz possibly.

The D15 is way overkill, a H5 is all that's needed for an i7, also costs a fraction of the price.
There's a lot of Cryorig, but they simply offer the best value coolers around.
Stock/light OC: Cryorig M9i
Mid range OC: Cryorig H7
High OC: Cryorig H5 Universal/Scythe Mugen 5 if $5 cheaper
