A month or 2 ago, the VRM, left of the cpu socket, on my MSI 990FXA Motherboard began leaking with an oily substance, so I sent it in for RMA. Received it less than a week later with the substance all gone and the VRM seemingly replaced because the scratches I made when removing the CPU power plug were gone (SHIT CPU POWER PORT DESIGN FYI). Now that same VRM is leaking the same substance again. Do I just wipe it up or do another RMA? It seems that this motherboard and some of its close relatives have this kind of defect/issue. Searching motherboard leaking vrm on images mainly shows them with the issue. On top of this I've noticed that HWMoniter is showing TMPIN1 Temps reaching around 60 to 70c when the cpu is under 100% load through prime95, yet my cpu rarely breaks 55c. I hate anything in my system going above 60c so Im concerned about this too.

Solution
RMA and demand a refund or a motherboard from a new platform so you can upgrade, be sure to make clear how disgusted you are that the product would fail twice; once after the company inspected it and sent it back, fit for use.
Always helps to add some mention about not buying from that brand again etc. etc.
