I wonder if anyone can help me with my no display issue.

I have just replaced my motherboard (ASUS M5A99x) my CPU (AMD Bulldozer FX-6350 Am3+) and graphics card (ASUS Radeon 7870 HD)

Everythings come on and would appear to be working (lights/fans on etc) but theres no display on the monitor at all

If anyone could help me solve this issue id be very grateful.

Solution
hi there the things i would try for this issue.

-make sure the CPU power supply is plugged in at the top of the motherboard the 4 or 8 pin connector ! i have done this many times and forgotten it.

-clear the CMOS (power down the system unplug from the mains and take out the little button battery on the motherboard and reseat)

- check the ram is not faulty (if you have two sticks try one or the other)

- take out any other items if there plugged into the motherboard e.g sound card wifi card (just essentials gpu) if you have on-board graphics even better try that !

- take the system apart and build it on the motherboard box or any cardboard box in case the case is shorting things out! it sometimes happens. if she boots check...

- make sure the CPU is compatible with the motherboard (check the manufacturer website for this cpu support list)

-make sure the ram is also compatible

-check the power supply as a last resort if you have a spare.

-if you have tried all these steps i would say test the GPU in another system visa versa
