Both are overclockable, but, unless you know in advance you intend to run 2 Nvidia cards in SLI, the B350 offers all the same performance, features, etc., minus SLI (and maybe CF as well)

Lots of folks getting the same 4.0 GHz OC's on B350 boards...; they are not 'weaker' in OC options /capability to my knowledge....
Dump the $75-$90 saved into a better GPU, more RAM, or an M.2 drive upgrade
Small annoying question, But wouldn't the GPU hide the Color strip in the chipset heatsink?
