investment priorities delima [dilemma]

my current system is i7 2600k
mb h61 GA
ram 8 Gb ddr3
vga 1060 gtx

i have extra money
for gaming purposes
would i sell my combo ( CPU+ MB + ram) and buy a newer one
2 options available :
1- i5 6600k + msi z170 gaming krait
2- i7 7600(not K) + ga z170 d3h

or buy SSD & better cooling system & another ram & better PSU
i dont upgrade that often btw

my money is limited to one option

I would say, get a i7 6700/7700 + b250/150 + 16gb ram and it would last you much longer.
Infact Ryzen 1600 + b350 + 16gb ram would be even better.
