And also suggest me a cabinet + SMPS

2) ASUS B350 PLUS
3) CORSAIR 8GB 2400
4) SAMSUNG 850EVO 250GB
5) ASUS Nvidia GeForce GT 710
6) DELL 24-inch monitor (add one extra in future)

-------------------------
INTEL
-----------------------
1) i5 7500
2) ASUS B250 PLUS
3) CORSAIR 8GB 2400
4) SAMSUNG 850EVO 250GB
5) DELL 24-inch monitor (add one extra in future)

I also have a one query what it the use of on board HDMI/VGA port if CPU does not come with integrated graphic unit.

Solution

The 1600 is much more powerful overall than the 7500 though. And since you're not gaming the strength of the 630 graphics doesn't matter over the 710.
And you'll definitely want 16gbs of ram...

If i go with AMD Rayzen then i have to definitely purchase the Graphic Card
As per finding on internet
i5 come with Intel HD Graphics 630 which is far far better than ASUS Nvidia GeForce GT 710
other wise i have to spend more money
which is not cost effective in my case

CPU performance wise, to match the 1600, you'd have to spend alot more on an intel CPU.
The 1600 is 2x as powerful as the 7500 at multithreaded workloads, so if that's what you're doing, you're saving lots of money.

You'd have to stepup to a 7700k to get similar multithreaded performance.

One last thing that I want to know
If I go with the Micro ATX version of ASUS B350 then
Can I select slim micro cabinet (case)? if there is no air flow/heat issue

Note : Avg temperature in my city vary 30-35 C (90-95 F)

30-35c is a bit much for a slim micro-cabinet, they all have much worse airflow and heat dissipation, but yes it should fit in the case.
Slim towers are also kinda hard to work in, and you'll need to get a low-profile version of the 710 (which isn't that hard, but something you'll have to do) or you'd have to get a PCIE extender that would let you mount the card perpendicular to the motherboard, that will depend on the case you get.
