No matter what setting I play with, I get 50-60fps at 1080p. I see people playing at 100-120fps. It's so annoying and it happens in a lot of games aswell. I have a GTX 1070 and i7 6700HQ, o I should be able to get really good fps in games and most times I get half the fps people are getting. Tried changing to performance setting in Nvidia control panel and nothing. Tried turning off vsync, nothing. It's so annoying to pay 1700€ for a laptop and it just not running as intended with a lot of frame drops.

Check to see if V-Sync is turned on. This will limit the FPS to the refresh rate of the monitor to reduce screen tearing.
