msi rx570 Armore will not overclock (msi afterburner no response) Why ??

Solution
Try using AMD Wattman. Or you may just need to increase the power limit if you haven't already. There are a number of polaris cards that hit the power limit even at stock clocks, so overclocking without increasing power limit wouldn't really do anything.

What version of driver?
If you are on 17.7.2 (27.07.2017) then AMD has locked sensor settings for other monitoring utilities like MSI Afterburner, TRIXX except WattMan so you cannot overclock currently on 17.7.2 Driver just uninstall 17.7.2 using DDU and install prior version driver you will be able to OC on Afterburner :bounce:
