Will i be able to run GTA V and Watch Dogs 1 and 2 on my i3 3210 3.2Ghz with a R7 250 1GD5 and 6Gigs of RAM with Medium-High settings on 40+ FPS?

Also which other modern games will i be able to run at 720p on medium settings on my rig?

Thanks.

I would say that GTA V on that graphics card and CPU @720p would run on low-medium settings @ 40fps. The only way to know for sure is to try, however that R7 250 is not a good graphics card for running modern games. Id recommend a GTX 1050ti. That will give you the biggest bang for your buck. After that you may want to think about upgrading to a 3rd gen i5 or i7 for more CPU intensive games.
