Is 1.45 volts enough to damage my ryzen 5 1600?

So this is my first build and I'm a total noob. So i wanted to overclock but my mobo didnt have a manual vcore setting. It only had an offset which kinda made me confused so I followed a guide on youtube and I was told to put the offset at .2 but when I checked the vcore on cpu-z, it was at 1.45. Is that enough voltage to affect the longevity or to damage anything in the cpu.

That's the max voltage that AMD suggests, but only with sufficient cooling.

I certainly wouldn't run 1.45v for a daily clock. I'd make sure it was at or below 1.4 for daily, and probably lower depending on cooling.

What motherboard do you have?

I have a Asus prime b350 plus and I forgot to mention that I'm running a stock cooler

With a stock cooler, and the B350 board, I certainly wouldn't run 1.45v through my CPU. The VRMs will certainly be heating up with that much voltage, and the stock cooler really isn't made to remove that much heat.

A screenshot of your bios screen for the voltage adjustment may be helpful. I've never seen a board without a manual voltage selection.....

Here's a pic of the bios as u can see there are only two settings which are auto and offset

Also I know I shouldn't run at 1.45 volts for everyday use but is it ok if it just happened one time. Do you think it could have damaged anything? I didn't notice that it was at a high voltage after running Aida 64 about 4 times.

Just one time? No, I highly doubt it. I just wouldn't use that kind of voltage for a daily clock. Here and there for benchmarks? Sure, ok.

Your picture didn't show up, btw.

I would check to see if there's an updated bios. That might just be a restriction that the B350 motherboards have.....
