OK so I got this pc off my friend about 6-8 months ago, he had it for about a year or two, it's from ibuypower, so when I first got it I had to reset it because there were so many viruses but since then the PC has work fine I have had almost no problems with it until a week ago. I tried to turn on my PC but when it starts up the numbers and letters before the windows loading screen half of them are light blue and then the pc restarts after that screen "I can give a picture if needed" so I now have a complete setup that I got for Christmas and no pc to use... now my original thought was to reset it again but I have very important things on here that can never be replaced, I'm not a tech god or even know that much but I know enough that I've tried everything that I could possibly imagine and nothing has worked.... please someone help
