Ping spikes for 1-2 minutes every 10-15 minutes on Ethernet

I am having a bit of a problem with my internet at the moment, my ping will jump up to >2000 almost every 10 to 15 minutes. I am using an ethernet connection, and I am placed right next to my router. The only other device that is ever on the internet (other than a phone or 2) is an Apple TV, but even with that streaming, I see no rise in ping when the internet is performing properly. My usual speeds are around 20-30 ping in game, and around 30-40 mb/s download speed. When it does spike, it does so severly. Most times it boots me off of discord and I lose internet connectivity for the spike duration. The only two things I can think of that could be problems are, 1. the internet router is always hot, and 2. my isp is known for siphoning people. I've connected to my router page, and I've put my PC in a DMZ and enable upnp. I am lost.

EDIT: I just uninstalled Killer network manager, so let's see how that goes.

With the killer stuff you must replace the driver with the one that does not contain the killer features. It tends to be the driver itself that causes issues more than the manager software
