I recently bought a Phenom ii X6 1045t, but noticed it runs at 800mhz and not its stocked frequency which is 2.70ghz. Can anyone tell me what the issue may be. The motherboard is ECS A780LM-M2 (V1.0). I already updated the bios but didn`t seem to do the trick, or idk what should`ve been done after a bio update.

Download CPUz or HWinfo or some other monitoring software. I wouldn't trust Cinebench to tell you what that old hardware is running. You may even be able to find an old version of AMD Overdrive around somewhere, that was meant for monitoring and overclocking that old Thuban.

2010, iirc.

Where'd you buy that relic?

Get a monitoring software, like HW Monitor open, and run a CPU benchmark...like, realbench or cinebench R15, so we can see what it's doing.

Relic? by relic do you mean old lol beacuse yes it is sort of a old model. Really old, i`m talking what, 2011 2012.

But i ran a test on Cinebench and i see 6C/6T @ 0.80Ghz AMD Phenom (tm) II X6 1045t
