Hi, I'm building my first PC, and I have my OS, Windows 10 Home, in a USB. I plugged it into a USB 3.0 port, since Windows 10 natively supports USB 3.0, but for some reason, the USB is not detected. My motherboard is the MSI Z270 A PRO. Does anyone know what to do?

Solution
May need to play around with your Unified Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI) settings in the BIOS. It may not let you boot off of that drive. Try setting to legacy boot to install the OS then switch it back once Win10 is installed.
