After I updated my windows 10 today minecraft suddenly had a major drop in fps. I typically get anywhere from 100-300 fps and I'm only getting around 30 fps now. I checked and made sure I was on the correct graphics card and it was. I reinstalled the game and I have restarted my computer more than once. I updated all of my drivers as well. Any idea what could of caused this? Please help.

theres a chance it could be the windows update? have you checked whether or not other people are experiencing similar issues to yourself? also try deleting the update if it goes back to normal it was the update causing it and you just have to wait for windows to bring...

Could be an issue with an add-on. Try running the game with them disabled/off. If the game is running normally again, then you'll have to manually put back the add-ons' 1 by 1 until you narrow it down to the culprit. The other possibility is maybe a graphics setting that got changed(fancy graphics, view distance, etc)?
