Antec VP550 no earth pin

Brought this item for my pc (India)
But found that it don't have any earth pin
How can i give earth to it
Is it safe to use without earthing ?

Is it safe to use the cable from old PSU in this (different watt )

Do you mean that power cable doesn't have connector with ground pin ? That's most unusual but you can use your old one if it has one.

Than it has ground at the sides of the plug, you can use an adapter to Indian type of plug (I believe it's same as British and some other countries) or just use your old one, on the PSU side of cable they are all same.
